Welcome to Pattaya! We are pleased to offer three, four bedroomed Pattaya villas, each with its own private pool, on an exclusive executive development a short stroll from Jomtien Beach.
As the automatic gates open to reveal the private gardens, you’ll discover the fabulous pool with warm, crystal clear water. The outside space features plenty of seating for eating, drinking and sunbathing to enable you to make the best of the fantastic Pattaya climate.
Each Pattaya villa is luxuriously furnished, with full air conditioning throughout. FREE CAR HIRE is provided to enable you to explore Pattaya and its surroundings whilst you’re not topping up your suntan around the pool. You’ll also benefit from daily maid service to keep everything spotless for you.
A spacious, open plan lounge with comfortable sofas, wide screen TV and a full home entertainment system including cinema surround sound awaits you as you pass through the patio doors overlooking the pool. You’ll also find a fully equipped, luxury kitchen with granite work surfaces and all appliances.

Motorbike Rental available with your Pattaya Villa
As always, a car is included within the price of your villa. However, over the years many guests have also asked us about getting Motorbikes as a supplementary means of getting around. We have now got two brand new motorbikes which you can rent from us whilst you're there. These great new bikes are ideal for getting through the infamous Pattaya traffic.
